Shopping Cart limitations

TERMS OF SALE
#1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
#2.) Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.
#3.) Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars. All orders
are subject to credit card approval.
#4.) Production: Subject to availability.
#5.) Shipping: All products are shipped from the factory, FOB, and the
freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping charge.
We normally ship ground UPS. All shipments must be sent to street
addresses, not P.O. Boxes.
#6.) Cancellations: Subject to L & R Promotions, LLC acceptance and
terms, this will indemnify L & R Promotions, LLC against any loss.
Most promotional product factories do not allow orders to be cancelled
once they are entered into their production schedule. If they do allow
cancellations, charges may occur.
#7.) Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any
damage claims to landrenterprise.com for any UPS shipments.
landrenterprise.com will assist in the process of collections.
#8.) Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing
within 10 days from date of purchase.
#9.) Returns: Our company prides its self on quality, value and service.
A factory may have an error in imprinting a product, if this situation
occurs you will be required to send a sample of the product to
landrenterprise and it will be forwarded to the factory for review. Once
it is determined and it is a factory error, the factory will re-run the
order. A UPS call tag will be issued by the factory for the misprinted
order to be returned to them, at the factories expense. If a customer
refuses to have an order re-run, a refund will be issued.
