Applicable tax will be added to your order total. Final order amount including shipping, screen charges, additional imprint color charges, die charge, second location charges (if applicable)  will be communicated following receipt of your order.

TERMS OF SALE

#1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.

#2.) Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.

#3.) Payment: All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to credit card approval.

#4.) Inventory: Subject to factory availability.

#5.) Shipping: All products are shipped from the factory, and the freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping and handling charge.  We normally ship ground UPS, but reserve the right to ship small orders, (generally 1-6 lbs.), via USPS Priority Mail. All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes.

#6.) Cancellations: Subject to L & R Promotions, LLC acceptance and terms, this will indemnify L & R Promotions, LLC against any loss.

#7.) Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to L & R Promotions, LLC for any UPS shipments. Landrenterprise.com will assist in the process of collections.

#8.) Shortages: Factories reserve the right of a 5% overrun or 5% underrun.

#9.) Returns: If there is a problem with an order and the factory must reprint, the factory will issue a call tag for the package to be shipped back.  The factory will request a sample of the item to be mailed before an order will be rerun.

Future Deliveries: Generally, manufacturers can accommodate orders calling for delivery at some future date. However; at these prices all orders must be completed and shipped no later than December 31, 2007. Shipments cannot be scheduled into 2008 at these prices.
